Ben Spronk
My name is Ben Spronk and I’ve been active in the housing market since 2008. Over the years, I’ve mainly focused on the purchase, sale, and valuation of homes in and around Amsterdam. In 2017, I was sworn in as a certified register agent and registered accordingly. Part of that title includes ongoing education, which keeps me up to date with market developments so I can serve my clients well.
Since 2019, I’ve been part of the team at Aankoopmakelaar Amsterdam, focusing exclusively on purchase guidance. It’s what I enjoy most and where I get the most energy from. Before starting my career in real estate, I completed a technical education and worked in construction. That background has proven to be very useful when advising clients on potential purchases.
I’m positive, driven, and service-oriented. I’m also easy to reach and quick to respond, which is essential in today’s fast-moving market.
