We operate on a ‘no cure, no pay‘ basis. If no purchase is made following negotiations, or if you decide to withdraw from the purchase, you owe us nothing for our services. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What happens if the purchase agreement is dissolved?

If a purchase agreement is made, but you decide to withdraw from the purchase based on the three-day cooling-off period, an agreed-upon resolutive condition, or by withdrawing from the verbal purchase agreement, then you also owe nothing. After all, no successful purchase has been made, thus no cure, no pay.
