My name is Tim Bond, and I have been working as a buyer’s agent in Amsterdam and the surrounding area since 2022. During this time, I have fully dedicated myself to guiding buyers in making well informed decisions in a dynamic and competitive housing market.

My approach is defined by clear communication and a structured process. From the initial introduction through to completion, we go through the purchase process step by step, with clear explanations, realistic expectations, and short lines of communication. You always know where you stand and which decisions need to be made.

I originally trained in law and graduated with honours with a Master of Laws (LL.M.). During my studies, I also completed an additional program with an emphasis on negotiation strategy and communication. This combination forms the foundation of my analytical way of working and my focus on clear agreements, strong negotiations, and preventing risks through thorough due diligence.
