Ben provided us with excellent support during the purchase of our home. Our main reason for working with a buyer's agent was to have support during the bidding process (and to determine a good offer without overbidding too much). However, Ben's value immediately proved to be much more valuable than that, because with his experienced and rational perspective, he helped us realize that the house we had originally intended to offer on wasn't the right one for us after all.
