We just got the keys for our very first own apartment and we would like to share a big, big thanks to Ben! We could not have wished for a better agent, to purchase our home. From the start of the process till the appointment at the notary we always felt in very good hands. I think it is important to mention, that you pretty much get what you pay for. We did all the first visits of potential objects by ourselves and only when it became more serious the agent startet the support. Nothing if this was a surprise and always clear from the start. If you are looking for even more service you might need to search for someone else, for far higher costs most likely.
We waren op zoek naar ons eerste huis en namen contact op met Tim op de dag dat we een appartement hadden gezien dat ons beviel. Hij regelde meteen een tweede bezichtiging de volgende dag en vijf dagen later deden we ons (eerste ooit) bod, waarmee we het appartement direct wonnen, dankzij zijn advies. Hij raadde ons zelfs aan om een lager bod uit te brengen dan we aanvankelijk van plan waren. Vervolgens bracht hij ons in contact met een zeer efficiënte en vriendelijke financieel adviseur die onze hypotheek binnen een week of zo regelde, en we rondden het hele proces binnen een maand soepel af. We zijn ontzettend blij met het advies en de ondersteuning gedurende het hele proces. Tim is vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en maakte van dit ietwat spannende proces van voor het eerst een huis kopen een fluitje van een cent. Absoluut een aanrader.

Ik en mijn vriendin hebben veel gehad aan de kundige hulp van Linda tijdens ons aankooptraject. Bijvoorbeeld door op de juiste momenten even te sparren over dilemma's m.b.t. het aankopen van een woning heeft ons enorm geholpen. Uiteindelijk heeft het ons geleid naar het huis waar we nu enorm blij mee zijn!
Simon heeft me geweldig geholpen bij de aankoop van een woning. Door zijn bouwkundige achtergrond heeft hij veel kennis, verder heeft Simon een groot inlevingsvermogen en neemt hij veel zorgen uit handen. Ook heeft hij het proces flink versneld om alles op tijd rond te krijgen. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een deskundige en betrokken makelaar!
I had a very good experience with Tim and he helped me find a great apartment. Before talking to him I talked to someone else who actually, when heard I have a lower budget, started saying that “I wouldn’t probably find much”, “maybe a studio”. In the end I have a 3 bedroom apartment thanks to the help from Tim (maybe not best location and not big rooms but that’s what I searched for)
